Course Description:
This 3-day immersive course introduces those that would like to practice 1 to 1 Sound Therapy to the SoundBody Method™, a hands-on vibrational healing technique using therapeutic metal singing bowls placed directly on the body. Learn to confidently integrate the SoundBody Core Protocol into massage sessions, gain clarity on bowl qualities and applications, and explore sound’s effect on the nervous system, fascia, and subtle energy anatomy. Each day combines guided meditation, evidence-based theory, myth-busting insights, and supervised practicum with the Peter Hess Therapeutic Singing Bowls.
